親愛的校友們:
時間過的真快，轉眼八月八日至八月十日將在 Cleveland 舉行的台大醫學院北美校年會已將在即，算來只剩两個月而已。已註冊繳費的校友們，我們衷心歡迎你們。至於已決定來參加, 但還未報名的校友， 請儘早註冊及安排旅程。想來参加 但還未能下定決心的校友們, 請不用再遲疑不決, 趕快填表報名來跟同學, 校友們見面談天, 回憶往日的歡樂時光。因故無法來参加這次年會的校友們， We will miss you。 Hope to see you next time。
有些校友好像不太瞭解八月八日星期五晚上 Lake Dinner Cruise 的安排。依照往例， 星期五的晚餐是讓同班及共同認識的校友們有個機會輕鬆交談，也藉此機會認識一些未曽交往的校友。對最近一二十年來才來北美的” 年青” 校友來說，這更是一個難得的機會能與前輩交流學習。這晚餐的費用跟往年年會在旅館或餐廳舉辦的差不多，但我們有此特別的機會共同觀賞 Lake Erie 和Cleveland 城市的夜景 without extra charge !!
自從 2012 年在 New York 校友年會後, 北美校友會和景福會決定加強及重視醫學院各院系所有校友的溝通與互動，還希望不久的將來除了北美以外能包括台灣及世界其他地區的校友們。 當然校友會的將來, 是要依靠全體校友的熱心參與及支持，更期望靑年的一代能多多參與校友的活動，以期將來能接班持續校友會的存在。
長話短說, 在此我刻意希望校友們能都來參加。要來參會的校友們請勿錯過這難得的Lake Dinner Cruise， 讓我們全體共同享受星期五晚上的盛餐與時光。

2. Please come and join the Golf Outing and and sign up the post-convention tour to Shenandoah Valley and Luray Caverns. Both the golf outing and the tour should be a lot of fun.
3. There are limited openings for alumni to join the Friday Cleveland Art Museum tour and Cleveland Clinic tour. Please check the mark on the registration page. It will be first-come-first- serve. For those already registered, please email or contact me if you are interested to join the tours.
4. As predicted, there will be budgetary short fall. We appreciate any contribution.
