(一)應徵資格:
申請者須具開創性、獨立性及團隊合作精神，且需符合下列條件之一：
1. 專長為臨床藥學領域、具Pharm.D.學位，完成住院藥師或研修員訓練或有實務經驗者。
2. 專長為臨床藥學領域，且具有相關領域之博士學位，以具有臨床實務經驗者尤佳。
(二)檢具資料:
個人履歷、學經歷證件影本、著作目錄及五年內（98年8月迄今）代表性著作抽印本或影本(最多五篇)、推薦函三封、未來三年教學及研究計畫概要，及其他有助於瞭解申請者背景之資料。（上述資料不全者，不予受理）

A tenure track faculty position in clinical pharmacy is being offered by the NTU Graduate Institute of Clinical Pharmacy at an Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor rank. The appointment will begin August 2014.
Closing Date: Review of applications will begin September 30, 2013 and will continue until an appointment is made.
Minimum requirements include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree with residency or fellowship training or practice experience; or, a Ph.D. degree (in clinical pharmacy or related field) with clinical experience.
