2.      具有藥學醫學相關科系所副教授以上資歷，在學術上有卓越成就、具國際觀，並有臨床藥學教育熱誠及領導能力者。

二、檢具資料：

1.       個人履歷、著作目錄與代表性著作最多三篇之抽印本一份。

2.       簡述個人對於臨床藥學未來教學、研究、服務之發展目標及策略。

3.       國內外相關學門教授或副教授三人以上推薦函。

1.      Qualifications

a.       Applicants must be younger than 62 years old (born after Aug 1^st, 1950)

b.      The successful applicant should have experience at full or associate professorship level in pharmacy- or medicine-related field with excellent academic achievements, leadership of international perspective and commitment to clinical pharmacy education.

2.      Application materials

a.       A curriculum vitae lists working experience, academic achievements and peer-reviewed publications. One reprint for the three most selected publications should be submitted.

b.      A statement addresses the perspective and approaches of the Graduate Institute of Clinical Pharmacy in the aspect of teaching, research and service.

c.       Three letters of recommendation should be signed by the faculties of relevant fields.
